She believes t’s meaningful to advocate for wellness, equity, and representation on campus. Amna is excited to learn how policies are shaped and to contribute through collaborative leadership.

Ayden chose student government to ensure he stays informed on current events in our university and our world. He says the great people he’s had the opportunity to meet and work with it was makes it meaningful.

Dany chose to be part of student government because he cares about making this school a better place for everyone. He wanted to be a voice for students who might not always feel heard, and help create an environment where people feel included and supported.

Gray joined Student Government because it allows us to have an impact on Wake Forest’s future and to bring the student perspective to decisions that affect our entire community.

Aastha wanted to be more involved in direct impact on the student body, believing student government is one of the best means of communication for students on campus. She wanted to have more of a role in effecting change that is representative of the Wake student body.

Biology major and Psychology minor
I joined student government because I’ve always been passionate about making a positive impact on campus and helping shape the student experience. Serving during my freshman and sophomore years showed me how meaningful it is to advocate for students, collaborate with campus leaders, and bring new ideas to life. I’m excited to continue this work as a junior and keep finding ways to make Wake Forest a better place for everyone.
